Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sups mobile application ("App") operated by MMOD, Inc. (dba Sups) ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sups is a health and supplement tracking application that allows you to log supplement doses, track health metrics via Apple Health integration, set dose reminders, and monitor your wellness data. The App is provided free of charge.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content

5. Health Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information displayed in the App, including health metrics, supplement data, and any suggestions, is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement, medication, or health regimen. We are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information in the App.

6. Apple Health Integration

The App may request permission to read data from Apple Health. This data is used solely to display your health metrics within the App. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings. We do not sell or share your Apple Health data with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, content, and branding, is the property of MMOD, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MMOD, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero for our free service).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hi@sups.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
