MMOD, Inc. (dba Sups) ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Sups mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. You may optionally provide your name, date of birth, sex, and height to personalize your experience.

Health & Fitness Data

With your explicit permission, we read health data from Apple Health, including weight, heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep duration, steps, active and basal calories, body fat percentage, BMI, and workout data. You may also manually log weight and supplement doses within the App.

Supplement & Dose Data

We store the supplements you add to your stack, your dosing schedules, and your dose logs (taken, skipped, or missed).

Device Information

We collect your device platform (iOS), device name, timezone, and push notification tokens solely to deliver dose reminders and app notifications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the App
  • Authenticate your account via email-based one-time passcodes
  • Display your health metrics and supplement tracking data
  • Send push notifications for dose reminders
  • Personalize dosing and supplement suggestions based on your profile
  • Improve and optimize the App

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Authentication tokens are stored using encrypted device storage (Expo SecureStore). We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure JWT-based authentication.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Apple Health (HealthKit): To read and display your health data with your permission
  • SendGrid: To deliver one-time passcode emails for authentication
  • Expo Push Notifications: To deliver dose reminder notifications

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not serve ads.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at hi@sups.com.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through your device settings
  • Opt out of push notifications through your device settings

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
